Hey to everyone who reads my journal. I don't write as much as I would like. I decided to go back to school. I was getting close to 30 and I didn't want to be 30 with nothing. I moved to Florida 6 months ago. I am moving back to NYC because I find Florida kinda boring. I love the weather though. I am almost finished with my associates degree in Criminal Justice. I will be finishing in Summer of '09. I will be transferring to John Jay College of Criminal Justice majoring in Forensic Science. It took me a long time to figure out what I wanted to do. I didn't want to be in a job that I hated just because it paid well. I rather be in a job that I loved even if it didn't pay well. I just hope I can get a job that will enable me to get me my own apartment. :) It will mostly like be impossible to do in this struggling economy and live in NYC which is extremely expensive. I'm appalled at the prices just for a Studio apartment.

I just recently moved to Florida because of some personal reasons and I'm staying with family until I get myself situated.

On another note: I found strawberry and chocolate pocky in a Walmart!

In Freetime, we get a new NPC. The NPC is a genie and he can grant you three wishes. I was curious to see what the genie looked like.

I've spent several hours trying to find my self sim her predestined hobby is. Well I've finally found what is was. Fitness was the answer. IRL, I hate to exercise so I find it very amusing this was the hobby that took hours to find.

I recently changed wireless providers. I have a new phone to boot, a LG Venus. So far I'm happy with my new phone. The delay on the camera is annoying. I hope there's a fix for it soon. I purchased a bluetooth headset so I can take calls without me being near my phone. I just can't figure out how to get it to work so I can listen my music instead of the phone's audio. Does anyone know how to do that? The screen gets smudged so much that I need to get a protector for it. My old phone took crappy cellphone pics and were so small I couldn't upload them to the web. Pictures taken on the Venus are not that bad for being only 2.0 MP. The size goes up pretty high for a camera phone, 1600x1200. You can zoom in but not at the highest. The Venus takes a micro SD card so I've been putting some music and videos on it.

I was away visiting my Dad during Christmas. I've been there a few times that I decided to move down there permanently. I need to take care of some things before I go. I hope to be moving there around March 2008. I've been looking for some moving companies to help with some of my furniture. I found one that was acceptable so I'm going with them. Oh yeah, I wish you all a belated Happy Holiday and a Happy New Year!

I made a rant a few days ago about be summoned for Jury Duty. Well, I got picked for a case.

I was looking through some photos I took when I was in Florida. This was my favorite of them all so I decided to share. Its very rare to see an Albino Peacock. I was walking along a path and spotted the bird. The bird was savaging for food at the time so it was really hard to get a good picture of the bird because it was moving.

I did manage to get one though so I thought I'd share. The picture is work safe.

I was curious about Adobe Photoshop CS3's new Extended version that has video capabilities. I was inspired from a Japanese drama series I'm currently watching.

I finally finished reading the last and final installment of the Harry Potter series. I liked it, I'm not too happy with some of the deaths but it ended the way I expected it too. The epilogue gave a nice update on the main characters.


I just didn't think the particular words a certain character said would come out of her mouth. She didn't seem the type, but then...

I have two kittens who I feed that live in my backyard. There names are Kit and Pieces. Kit is the red tabby and Pieces is the gray tabby. There was a third kitten named Skittles but I haven't seen her in weeks. Anyway the link below will take you to cuteness.

I'm visiting my dad down in Florida. He has a really funny shirt that my cousin gave him. I also found a sign on one of the many gas stations that was hysterical. They're not dirty, so they are work safe.
